Anyway, I'm torn. On one hand, I'm all for a spam forum, as it would increase traffic and add an extra feature. On the other hand, some users in the past have demanded that there not be one, and it can get annoying to moderate them. I'm going to see how other people vote for this before making a decision.

A "silly forum", with people like this, makes me think of what happened to HDIJ. People here are generally too childish or immature.
