They are evil people who lag and don't stop for a reason, then waits for all the players to leave the server, then the guy leaves, leaving me alone! I'd SO stop it!!

I don't think that's intentional. I think what happens is that that person doesn't know he's the cause of the lag, and when everyone else leaves, he gets bored because it's just the two of you.

I hate those people, too. They're so annoying. Though I haven't had as much trouble with them because I can't yet host netgames.
