I'm sorry, but this WAD's just pure fail for multiple reasons. I'll just cover the basic problems.
1. It hasn't been converted to SRB2 2.0's color palette.
2. It isn't your original work.
3. Why would anyone want to play as the 1.09.4 Knuckles? He was just awful. The only reason he had those sprites in the first place was because Knux was incomplete and they needed primitive placeholder sprites.
This point of this forum is to release WADs with as few restrictions as possible, but there are still SOME standards that must be met.
Lock.
