I don't see what an IRC channel would add at the moment. Nobody goes here, and adding tons of features that nobody can see isn't exactly a good idea.

Well, we could set up a lot of features for the forum. So people are ready to join. I wouldn't want to join a forum thats lacking lots of stuff.
