    The hardest mode ever with no rings no star posts supersonic enemies and worst of all... no chaos emeralds. You get to keep all sheilds because of how hard it is wich in 1.09.4 I heard saved a lot of people. I posted this on the MB and it as rejected in a split second... for 1.09.4 it was loved... 2.0... HATED.

    As promised I made it harder than it was before. I heard people say that since I left the shields in it saved their lives so.... I got rid of the shields. Enemies also dont give you points anymore making it nearly impossible to get extra lives. Tell me if ya think its harder or not.

    Might it have something to do with the fact that difficulty modes have been done away with? I don't know.

    Ultimate hasn't. At the title screen, open the console and type, "ultimate". It should play in ultimate mode.

    Chaos Emeralds are useless because you can't even get fifty Rings, but it's not like it's hard to survive without it.

    Really, other than the faster enemies (which is hardly anything interesting or notable), this can all be done with Ultimate mode, and by simply not touching Starposts.

    Well at least I had a challenge. I always lose my rings. Kyasarin do not say I have no game skill. No emeralds or rings can mess you up.

    I have to agree on this one. Kyasarin, you seem to have fantastic skill at this game. That's cool, but it doesn't do any good to be contemptuous towards those with less skill.
