The SRB2 wiki said so, and I have seen youtube videos of people getting the black emerald and using hyper sonic (super sonic with Armageddon thok) and i have seen youtube videos of 1094 that had a cheat menu

Location : Hmmm, I tend to use the creamier, noncomedogenic kinds, like...oh, wait, loCAtion?
Those aren't fake, but I can't quite remember how to do them. I know that once you meet the requirements, you find the black emerald in GFZ2. However, it really isn't worth it; you have no reason to do so other than for the sake of doing it.
