Please use the proper naming conventions. I have already fixed it for you.
Anyway, we've got another week now before voting begins.
And the first thing I noticed was that you lack a MAINCFG lump, and you put your level in a slot which is 2D by default, so your level is unplayable. To fix this, either specify it as 3D in a custom MAINCFG lump, or change the slot from MAP32 to MAP01.
